Forming of DC Link Capacitors for 60 Siemens Siemens SINAMICS VFD different sizes
Project Scope:
As Motor Modules are kept in storage for more than two years; the DC link capacitors must be reformed. If this is not performed, the units could be damaged when they are switched on. These installed VFD drives are not in operation from 2017 and now it is required to restart these drives. So before making power on for these drives we need to do forming of DC link capacitors.
Total no of installed VFD drives =60 with different ratings.
