The Fayoum Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation held a seminar on digital transformation as part of its efforts to modernize operations in the drinking water and sanitation sector. The event was organized in collaboration with MAS Automation, a leading company specializing in SCADA systems, industrial automation, and remote monitoring solutions.
The seminar was attended by Eng. Mohamed Abdel Galil ElNaggar, Chairman and Managing Director of Fayoum Water Company; Eng. Tamer Tolba, Chairman of MAS Automation; Eng. During the seminar, MAS Automation showcased its expertise in advanced control systems, instrumentation, and remote monitoring solutions for wastewater lifting stations. The company demonstrated how its technologies monitor water levels, flow rates, pump operating hours, power consumption, and discharge volumes to ensure optimized wastewater management and continuous flow to treatment plants.
MAS Automation also highlighted its realtime monitoring software for water loss detection, water pressure management, and environmental compliance, using mobile networks and integrated IoTbased systems. The company provides cuttingedge tools to track and detect pollution from wastewater and industrial discharge, ensuring water quality in freshwater streams by receiving and analyzing sensor readings, detecting violations, and sending alerts to the concerned authorities.
