Instrumentation Training Program – 3 Progressive Levels
Our Instrumentation Training Program equips engineers, electricians, and apprentices with essential skills in industrial control, process instrumentation, and automation systems.
The program consists of three levels of instrumentation training, combining theory, hands-on exercises, and real-world industrial applications, ideal for careers in automation, manufacturing, energy, and process industries.
Level 1 – Introduction to Control and Instrumentation
Beginner-friendly course for those with little or no prior experience in instrumentation and process control.
Covers fundamentals of temperature, pressure, and flow measurement.
Introduces single-loop PID controllers and PLC-based PID control systems.
Hands-on training in signal connections, controller configuration, and basic process control concepts.
Level 2 – Intermediate Control and Instrumentation
Designed for process control engineers, technicians, and electricians seeking advanced knowledge.
Detailed theory and practical exercises on closed-loop temperature and pressure control.
Covers advanced measurement methods and types and construction of control valves.
Practical experience with PID controllers and PLCs for real-world industrial applications.
Level 3 – Advanced Control and Instrumentation
Focused on closed-loop flow and level control with advanced flow and level measurement devices.
Includes troubleshooting techniques for industrial instrumentation systems.
Extensive hands-on training using PID controllers, PLC systems, and industrial automation tools
